So Long 2008!

Another year has come and gone. But 2008 will live on for the following reasons:

1) O.J said "see ya in 33 years."

2) Katy Perry proudly voiced to have kissed a girl and liking it.

3) Michael Phelps became King Midas at the Olympics and then went on to showcase his "spectacular" acting ability on Saturday Night Live.

4) Tine Fey single-handily changed the presidential election.

5) A quirky women from Alaska claimed to see Russia from her house.

6) Eliot Spitzer used his money for....recreational activities.

7) 12 year old girls rejoiced with The Jonas Bros, Miley Cyrus and High School Musical...

8) Robert Downy Jr. made his comeback donning an Ironed suit and also becoming a black guy..."hot dang!"

9) Barack Obama duked it out with the ghost of Christmas past, or I meant John McCain.

10) The Economy was....I'll end it there.

Subway Oddities

The most awkward form of transportation is the subway. The next time you are on the subway make sure to be on the lookout for the following:

1) The amazing woman whose stroller continues to bump into your foot.

2) The generous person with the Ipod who has decided to sing out loud and spread his love for a song for everyone to hear.

3) The person who is standing and looming over you as he/she hangs on to the pole.

4) The person who has apparently started a "staring" contest with you.

5) The person who is obviously trying to read an other's newspaper.

6) The couple/group whose conversation is heard throughout the subway car.

7) The fantastic scent of fast food that is coming from a subway rider who could decided to have lunch "on the go."

8) The person/people trying desperately trying to figure out where the hell they are or are going on the map.

9) The person who continues to fall asleep yet seems to wake up at every stop.

10) The "warm seat" left by a previous "sitter."

God I love the subway :)
